PRE-CONSTRUCTION SURVEY

As required by the NYC Building Code Section BC 1814, where the construction operations have the potential to affect the conditions of the adjacent property it is necessary to prepare a pre-construction survey report to document all existing conditions before construction starts. Our professional engineers will provide detailed report depicting all interior and exterior existing conditions using high qualified techniques including high definition photos and videos to prevent future lawsuits. If a crack is found in the existing brick façade or on the existing foundation wall, crack monitors shall be installed prior construction starts to verify no movement is occurring during the construction process and if movement is found, then the project engineer of record and client will be notified immediately.
